Products — One of One
Every Rinzaya bracelet is one of one. Product photos show the exact piece you will receive. Natural crystals contain inclusions, veining, and color variations — these are natural characteristics, not defects. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if a piece is no longer available.

Pricing & Availability
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Orders & Payment
We accept payment through the methods offered at checkout. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion; if we cancel after payment, you will receive a full refund.

Shipping
Shipping times and rates are shown at checkout. Once your order leaves our hands, delivery is the carrier's responsibility — but if your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll make it right (see our Return & Refund Policy).
