Processing Time
Every Rinzaya bracelet is one of one — each piece is carefully inspected and hand-packaged before it ships. Orders leave our studio within 3–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.
U.S. Shipping (USPS Priority Mail)
We currently ship within the United States via USPS Priority Mail, with delivery in 1–3 business days and tracking included.
- Orders under $119: $12 flat rate
- Orders over $119: free
Packaging
Crystal is beautiful but delicate. Every bracelet is secured in protective packaging designed to keep it safe in transit.
Delays, Lost Packages & Wrong Addresses
- Please double-check your shipping address before checkout — we can't reroute an order once it's shipped.
- If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find your package, check with neighbors and your local post office first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll help investigate.
- If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated window, email us at rinzaya168@gmail.com and we'll make it right.
